Message: During the summer of 2009, I was contemplating quitting smoking - not because I wanted to, but because I felt like it might be time to quit. After almost 25 years of smoking a pack a day, I was starting to feel the effects of smoking. My friend Sal, along with his cousin, had visited Barry and they were smoke free. I reluctanly made an appointment, although I really didn't think it would work for me. I looooooved smoking - I enjoyed it more than anyone. To make a long story short, here I am... 7 months later - a non-smoker. Me. I never thought I could do it. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. You can quit - you just have to be willing to try. Good luck to everyone that visits this site. : )

Message: Well, I'm still not smoking after two years but gained 25 lbs and not happy about it. Also have some cravings which is so upsetting.
